Purchasing, Shipping & Delivery

Beauty Retail Shop shall only supply goods to you on the following terms and conditions unless we agree, in writing, to vary these terms and conditions:

Buying Online

No password or log-in needed!

Beauty Retail Shop is an on-line seller only.  Yes, the public can buy.
Just browse and select—you can always add, delete and change the quantity in your My Cart before you go to Checkout. 
Prices displayed are in Australian dollars and include GST
You can edit the delivery address if necessary.
You should always select AUTHORITY TO LEAVE when you make your online order with Beauty Retail Shop because if you are not home when your parcel is delivered you may incur an additional re-delivery fee payable to Beauty Retail Shop.
To complete your order, you simply enter the payment details and click  Submit.

Paying for your Order

Payment is acceptable by credit card only.

Beauty Retail Shop accepts Mastercard and Visa credit cards only. 

Your card details are encrypted through to SecurePay to be sent to a secure banking network.  We cannot view, do not store or do not record your credit card information. Your payment is processed immediately – and you are immediately notified as to whether or not the payment has been successfully processed.

The charge will be listed on your statement as “Beauty Retail Shop”. 

Freight/Delivery

Beauty Retail Shop only delivers to Australian addresses. 

Australia Post Express Post satchels are generally used.

Delivery charge is automatically added to your order. 
$10 per order *
Orders are dispatched Mondays-Fridays only (not on public holidays)
Delivery time is 1-6 working days. 
Delivery next day after dispatch from Beauty Retail Shop’s warehouse in Melbourne will only take place if your postcode is listed by Australia Post for next day delivery.  If you live in a remote part of Australia, delivery time could be longer. 
An Australia Post Locker delivery address will ensure that your parcel is securely stored for a short time until you have time to pick it up—see www.auspost.com.au for details on delivery lockers in many areas.

Non-delivery

If you think your order should have arrived and it hasn’t:

If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your workmates to ensure someone else hasn’t accepted it for you.
Search around your letter box, front door, etc
Still no parcel?  Email us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
