Terms &Conditions

Beauty Retail Shop shall only supply goods to you on the following terms and conditions unless we agree, in writing, to vary these terms and conditions:

1.Processing your order

1.1   Beauty Retail Shop is an on-line seller only.  Prices are displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. You may place your order at any time that suits you, but orders will only be packed and sent from Mondays to Fridays (not on public holidays).

1.2   You pay by Mastercard or Visa credit card to complete your order.   Your card details are encrypted to Beauty Retail Shop’s secure payment gateway so we do not see your card details.  Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is placed.

 

2.Dispatch and Delivery

2.1   It’s best if you give us a delivery address where someone will be there during normal Mon-Fri business hours.  A business address is good, but make sure you include the name of the business in the delivery instructions.  If you can’t do that, you need to give us approval for AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.  If you do not give us “AUTHORITY TO LEAVE” and you are not home, you may be charged an additional delivery fee .

2.2   Your order will usually be sent via Australia Post Express satchel.   We will contact you if your order won’t fit in an express post satchel. 

2.3   Delivery is normally 1-6 days after your parcel is dispatched, however, delivery times and days depend on the Australia Post or courier company delivery schedule for your location.  If you live in a more remote area delivery could take more time.

2.4 .Beauty Retail Shop or its employees will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.

2.5   You will receive email notification that your order has been sent.

2.6   At certain times of the year e.g pre-Christmas delivery times may be 1-2 days longer than usual.

 

3.Returns Policy—Product Returns

3.1 Beauty Retail Shop is not obliged to accept your return of goods if you have changed your mind, however, we will accept product returns & give you a refund or exchange on these conditions:

You return the item(s) within 14 days of date of invoice.
Your original invoice or other proof of purchase is included with the good(s) being returned.
The good(s) must be in the original unopened, undamaged packaging, seal or shrink wrapping complete with all or any instructions, so pack them well before returning them.
There is no return on Clearance lines, nail or make-up brushes.

3.2 Please email Beauty Retail Shop with complete details of your purchase if you need to return goods.

 

3.Refunds

4.1 Refunds, if necessary, will be made to the same credit card used for the purchase transaction.
